SHIPPING POLICY

We offer a $5.00 flat rate shipping fee per order and free standard shipping on select items. Orders ship on Tuesdays and Fridays only. Please allow 2-3 days for processing once your order has been placed. If there is a delay in your order for any reason, we will reach out to you as soon as possible and provide you with a revised estimated date for delivery. Shipping is only available in the U.S. We do not offer international shipping at this time. REFUND POLICY

All sales on services, products, and programs are final, and purchases are non-refundable under any circumstance.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND STORE CREDIT

While we do not accept returns, your satisfaction with our products is important to us. If you don’t love your item or discover issues once it arrives, please contact us with product details and concerns within 5 business days of delivery by submitting a Client Care form here: https://www.camisha.co/client-care.

Once your form has been received, we will email you to inspect your items and provide your next steps. Should an even exchange be deemed necessary, we will send replacement items on our next shipping day upon receiving your items. We do not provide store credit.

RESHIPMENT

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanged items. Once you ship your items back to us, please email us at hello@camisha.co to provide tracking information. We only cover the shipping costs of replacement items sent to our customers.
